How Often Should Emails Be Sent?

We all get annoyed when getting spam especially when it is unsolicited junk that we never signed up for, are not interested in or find offensive. Some of the emails we like are from our friends, keep in mind that you are building relationships with your customers, some is from businesses that we have purchased from and we do look through those to see what new items they have in store.
